Reservation Policy – Updated June 2019

Merritt Milam | June 25, 2019

Hey Pawrents!
Wags has come up with a few ways to accommodate our rapidly increasing
camper-count, and we’re going to need your help. But, before we get into all that, we’d like to
say thank you! You’re the reason we’re staying so busy! We couldn’t be more grateful that so
many of you trust us to not only leave your fur-babies with us, but to refer your friends and
family too.

To help us make sure there’s room for your pup at our facility, we are now requiring
reservations for all day care and bath drop-offs be made prior to arriving at Wags. This can
be done by phone, email, or through the text-line on our website. Reservations can be made as
far in advance as you’d like, the day before, or even the morning of the day you wish to bring
your camper in. Spots have been filling quickly, so the sooner the better when making your
reservations.

**Please note for planning purposes: Monday and Tuesday are typically slower, Wednesday is
moderately busy, Thursday and Friday are very busy. Rain/inclimate weather means Wags will
be very, very full.**

Our space is limited, so scheduling ahead will help ensure that we never have to turn
you away once you’ve arrived. We know you’re on your way to work and we hate having to do it,
but if we have, that means we physically have nowhere to put your pet.
In addition to scheduling the day your pet will be at Camp Wags, if you intend to only
leave them for a half-day, plan to arrive after 9:00 am, or plan to pick up before 3:00 pm,
please let us know when making your appointment. This will help us make sure your pet is
in the best possible group for his or her play-style during the hours they’re with us. It’s always a
bummer when a camper comes in right after all their best friends have just finished playing!

Effective immediately: We will only allow new campers’ first days to be Monday through
Wednesday. Keep this in mind if your pup’s bestie from the dog park wants to try out Camp
Wags & you want them to play together.

If you are scheduling boarding in the Wags B&B, please help us plan by telling us when
you plan to bring your pet in, as well as when you plan to pick up from boarding. This will help
us know when your pet should be put into day care and when they need to be bathed (if they’re
signed up for either).

On holidays, we will still have scheduled drop-off blackout dates, announced at least two
weeks prior to the effective dates. These announcements will be made via all social media, as
well as posted on our front door. When boarding on a holiday, we will only allow pick-ups and
drop-offs during two designated windows Monday through Friday: 7:00-9:00 am and 4:00-6:00
pm. When making your holiday reservation, please specify when you will be dropping off and
picking up your pet.

And, as always, holiday boarding requires a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. This is NOT an
additional cost, it will be applied to your total boarding cost if you keep your reservation, but
should you cancel or not show up, the $50.00 will be charged to your card.

We want to thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation as we adjust
to our growth. We love seeing so many new faces and your campers are thrilled to be making
so many new friends too!
