On Thursday, October 19, 2017, Merritt Milam and Jill Becker spoke with ABC 33/40’s Talk of Alabama regarding the 2017 (Pup)kins and Pints event benefiting Wags ‘n Whiskers Rescue. (Pup)kins & Pints will be held on Saturday, October 21 from 2-6 p.m. at Cahaba Brewing Company. During the segment, Merritt and Jill invited viewers to dress their pups in their favorite Halloween costumes and come out for a day of fun, food and football. All proceeds from the event will help support the animals currently in the Rescue and allow them to bring in more animals in need of homes.
